Social Surge DM Ltd is a growth agency in Bristol, founded by performance marketer Jack Goldsmith. It works with UK online retailers and DTC brands and helps service-based businesses, combining hands-on Google and Meta Ads management with AI-run, human-checked email marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO and Google Tag Manager setup.
Why it exists
Founder Jack Goldsmith kept seeing the same story in e-commerce ad accounts: broken conversion tracking feeding bad data to Smart Bidding, budgets spread across products that never sell, and monthly PDF reports designed to obscure rather than explain.
The fix wasn't complicated, it was disciplined. Accurate tracking first, wasted spend cut second, then structured scaling product by product, driven by margin rather than vanity metrics.
